Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jamal J. Chambers

Founder, Head of Design and Direction.

In charge of conceptualising the platform's function, flow and overall design. Decisions are based on input from the partners. However, Jamal oversees the overall vision, direction, plans, task assignment and role designation. He is responsible for the culture and identity of the platform.

Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

Justin Taylor

Co-founder, Head of Technology, Logistics and Development.

With his expertise in Web Development, Justin is the Lead Software Developer. He interprets design cues from the CEO for the team and provides technical input for the platform's evolution. He creates the virtual properties of CONNEC, and ensures that the platform and domain are dynamic and secure.

Solutions Architect

Alrick Brown

Senior Developer, overseeing design and implementation.

Alrick creates products, features, experiences and functions for the site. He is our problem solver and functions as the lead developer in charge of creating and developing the systems of our platform. Along with the CTO, they both confirm the best solution to move forward. Alrick resolves the tasks in question, which are reviewed and confirmed by the CTO. He then creates the system for the solution to function, documents the steps to be taken and passes on the working system to the Head of Operations.

Gervani Soloman

Leads the User Management division and controls the System Experience.

Gervani reports directly to the Operations Officer, and they work together to oversee the correct functioning of the platform. He supports our operations by ensuring the core business application functions reliably and efficiently, to support revenue generation. Though reporting to Operations, as Admin, he works most closely with our System Admin and Lead Champion. This partnership between the three allows us to maintain a seamless user experience.
